Shipping, Delivery & Order Policy
1. Shipping Information
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Standard Delivery
- Estimated delivery time: 6–10 business days.
- Orders are shipped using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service.
- All applicable taxes and import duties are prepaid, so customers should not be required to pay additional customs charges upon delivery.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, peak seasons, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
2. Tracking Information
Tracking details become available once your parcel arrives in the destination country and clears customs.
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS (where applicable).
Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear.
3. Next Day Delivery
For products purchased under our Next Day Delivery option:
- Orders placed before 14:00 (2:00 PM) will be shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 14:00 will be processed on the next business day.
- Delivery is expected on the next day, excluding Sundays.
- Delivery times may vary due to courier circumstances outside our control.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business days only.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
We reserve the right to delay dispatch if additional verification is required.
5. Order Changes & Cancellation
Customers may request changes or cancellations only before an order has been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
6. Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address information submitted at checkout.
Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or re-shipped orders.
7. Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs inspections or clearance procedures
- Courier service disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- High seasonal demand
- Events outside our reasonable control
8. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and assist in finding a suitable resolution.
Claims for damaged items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where possible.
9. Returns & Refunds
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please ensure all order details, including product selection, size, and shipping information, are reviewed carefully before completing your purchase.
Refunds or replacements may only be considered if:
- You receive an incorrect item
- Your item arrives damaged
- Your item is defective upon arrival
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos and order details provided for review.
